Entries will not be valid until an online Parental Consent Form has been submitted. 

The £60 entry fee includes a BBQ lunch and sandwiches & chips after the second round. 

If the competition is oversubscribed there will be a ballot of the higher handicapped players based on the Handicap Index recorded on the WHS on the closing date. The start sheet will be published online soon after the closing date. Those balloted out will be placed on the reserve list (which will be ordered by reference to the date of receipt of their completed entry) and notified if they are subsequently allotted a place in the competition. 

Entries will not be included in any ballot unless a Parental Consent Form has been submitted.
