Payment of the £60 entry fee may be made by debit/credit card.

If the competition is oversubscribed there will be a ballot of the higher handicapped players based on the handicap recorded on the WHS on the closing date. The start sheet will be published online soon after the closing date. Those balloted out will be placed on the reserve list and notified if they are subsequently allotted a place in the competition. Players on the reserve list will be allocated to the start sheet as slots become available based on the date that their entry was received.
