The Kent team are pictured following their victory over Essex in the County League Final at Broadstone Golf Club
in Dorset. The  morning foursomes went to Kent 3 - 1. The afternoon singles was a closer affair with Kent taking the
honours 4 1/2 to 3 1/2. The Match was played in a great spirit as usual by two very strong teams. Kent had won their
league with a 100% record and Essex were appearing in their second successive final and were last year's winners.
